Usually your first visit will consist of a full hour with the doctor. At this time a thorough examination of your head and neck area is completed. We will also complete an oral cancer screening, review your medical history, evaluate your gum tissue, update your x-rays and let you know our preliminary findings of your teeth. The doctor will review this information with you and take the time to answer any questions you may have. Generally, you will then be scheduled for a cleaning.
We need your assistance with the following:
• Please have any old x-rays, from a previous office, sent to us at: office@drmandich.com
• Please bring in a list of the current medications you are taking.
• Please have your current insurance information and a picture ID with you.
• Please let us know of any medical condition you may have prior to treatment (i.e., high blood pressure, artificial joints, diabetes, artificial heart valves, etc). or if you need to take antibiotics prior to dental treatment.
• And relax, it will be a pleasure to meet you.
All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
I would describe the quality of care I’ve received as caring, thorough, progressive and using the latest procedures. Dr. Mandich and her entire staff have treated us as if we’re their most important patients when we have an appointment.
